We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services to any individual who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information. Providing inaccurate medical information may endanger your health and may constitute a criminal offence.
All prescription treatments are issued only following a clinical assessment carried out by one of our registered prescribers. A prescription will be issued solely at the clinical discretion of the prescriber, and we cannot guarantee that a prescription will be provided following consultation.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only with Pharmacy Weight Loss Cambridge unless otherwise stated. We do not issue paper prescriptions for onward use at third-party pharmacies.
You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, and medical conditions. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being withdrawn without refund.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, the price confirmed at checkout will apply to your order.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package where a signature is required.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds, in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your order is declined by our prescriber following consultation, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
